Background

Conrad E. Babineau has his CRA designation. Conrad has two years in Business Administration at Université de Moncton, is fluently bilingual and has been a fee appraiser since June 1995. He has a wide range of experience in rural real estate appraisals, residential, land and apartment buildings. Conrad has completed his courses and is now working on his demo report towards his AACI designation. He is a member in good standing of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers, Greater Moncton Real Estate Board, Nova Scotia Real Estate Appraisers Association and a member of the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce. Conrad is also the secretary of the New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers.
