Daniel Babineau has his AACI designation. Is a Real Estate Fee appraiser and has Nineteen years (19) experience. He has a Bachelor in Computer Science from Université de Moncton, with a major in Statistics and is bilingual. He has a wide range of experience in real estate consultations, appraisals, property acquisition and disposal of real estate assets. He is a member in good standing of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers, Greater Moncton Real Estate Board, Nova Scotia Real Estate Appraisers Association, the International Right of Way Association, and a member of the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce. Daniel successfully completed several courses with the International Right of Way Association and was the Treasurer of the New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers from 1996 to April 2000. He was declared Expert Witness several times in court.

Michel H. Babineau has his CRA designation, is a Real Estate Fee appraiser and has eighteen (18) years experience. He is a graduate of Université de Moncton, he has a bachelor in Psychology, and is fluently bilingual. Michel has a wide range of expertise in urban appraisals and apartment buildings. Michel is a member in good standing of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers and a member of the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce. Michel was declared expert witness in court.

Paul A.J. Babineau, is fluently bilingual and has been a fee appraiser since June 1995. Paul has a wide range of experience in rural residential and land appraisals. He obtained a Diploma as a Civil Engineering Technologist from the New Brunswick Community College in Edmundston, N.B. He received the designation of Certified Engineer Technologist in 1991. He is a member in good standing of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers, Greater Moncton Real Estate Board, a member of the New Brunswick Society Memberships of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists and a member of the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce.

Conrad E. Babineau has his CRA designation. Conrad has two years in Business Administration at Université de Moncton, is fluently bilingual and has been a fee appraiser since June 1995. He has a wide range of experience in rural real estate appraisals, residential, land and apartment buildings. Conrad has completed his courses and is now working on his demo report towards his AACI designation. He is a member in good standing of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers, Greater Moncton Real Estate Board, Nova Scotia Real Estate Appraisers Association and a member of the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce.
