Daniel Babineau has been appraising real estate in Atlantic Canada since 1989. He has been an accredited appraiser since 2000 and has extensive appraisal and consulting experience encompassing a broad spectrum of commercial real estate, industrial real estate and vacant land. He has appeared as an expert witness before various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities throughout the province. Daniel is past former treasurer of NBAREA and current member of the Complaints Committer of NBAREA. He is Vice-President of Babineau Appraisals, which was founded in 1991.
Daniel has been an accredited appraiser for over 25 years and has extensive appraisal and consulting experience in all classes of property for purposes of sale, acquisition, financing, capital gains, insurance, expropriation and asset management.
