Conrad E. Babineau has been appraising real estate in Atlantic Canada since 1995. He has been an CRA, P. App. since 2002 and has extensive appraisal and consulting experience encompassing a broad spectrum of residential real estate, multi-residential real estate, commercial real, industrial real estate and vacant land. He has appeared as an expert witness before various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities throughout the province. Conrad is a former chair of the Compliance Committee and secretary of NBAREA and is a current member of the Discipline Committee and Committee of Examiners of NBAREA. He is the Secretary of Babineau Appraisals, which was founded in 1991.
Conrad has been a CRA, P. App. for over 20 years and has extensive appraisal and consulting experience in all classes of real estate property for purposes of sale, acquisition, financing, insurance, litigation and asset management.
