Babineau Appraisals Ltd. was established in the City of Moncton, Province of New Brunswick in May 1991, for the purpose of providing a full range of real property appraisal services. Our goal is to fulfill the needs of financial institutions, insurance companies, government agencies and the general public in the southeastern part of New Brunswick.

Our Values

We have always met our completion dates with the Department of Transportation projects and for all our larger projects. We have a good time service.

Our appraisals are in accordance with “The Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. (USPAP).

We would accept attendance at court to present expert witness testimony if required.
