Michel H. Babineau has his CRA designation and is a Real Estate Fee appraiser and has over thirty-three (33) years experience. He is a graduate of Université de Moncton with a bachelor in Psychology B.Ps., and is fluently bilingual. Michel has a wide range of experience in urban appraisals, small commercial buildings and from low density to high-density apartment buildings. Michel is a member in good standing of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers, Greater Moncton Real Estate Board and a member of the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce. He was declared Expert Witness in court on numerous occasions. Michel is currently the southeast regional representative of the New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers.
Michel has been an accredited appraiser for over 33 years and has extensive appraisal and consulting experience in both residential, commercial and multi-family apartment buildings for the purpose of marketing, acquisition, financing, capital gains, insurance, expropriation and asset management.
